Other system operators

This page provides information relevant for system operators of upstream pipeline networks (production), storage facilities, LNG facilities (all of which are subject to the “Injection code gas TSO”, a legal framework set by the Dutch NRA ACM) and for TSOs that are connected to the the transmission system of GTS.

The fiscal metering by these system operators needs to comply with the function requirements for fiscal metering. This ensures standardization of metering both in design and operation. The requirements are available as GTS OSS-20-E (GTS Requirements Fiscal Metering).
