the necessary exit capacity for the benefit of profile customers for exit points linking the national grid to a distribution network as determined annually in the planning cycle of the network operator of the national grid and which is equal to the exit capacity necessary to provide the need of capacity of profile customers on a day under circumstances as described in article 2, paragraph 1 of the Decision on security of supply (Besluit leveringszekerheid Gaswet)
