Nitrogen storage (almost) empty

A lot of nitrogen has been used from the volume-limited capacity; the volume for the market has run out. GTS has an emergency volume for unforeseen circumstances. Since the consumption from the cavern is partly caused by delay in maintenance of one of the nitrogen sources, GTS's emergency volume can be used provisionally up to a level that corresponds to the quantity due to the delay in maintenance.
