Due to an unforeseen technical problem within the GTS grid at Emden EPT 301113, GTS has declared a constraint for this network point with effect from datum 17-03-2019 at tijd 16:00 (LET). The flow over this network point will be reduced in such way that the current nominations cannot be met. GTS will send new confirmations as soon as possible. The expected duration of this reduction is currently unknown/will take at least 2 hour(s). Programme responsible parties are expected to carry out their regular activities: monitor your POS and the SBS and balance your portfolio.
