Consultation TSC 2025
The consultation process for the TSC (Transmission Service Conditions) for 2025 will commence on Monday November 4th 2024. Questions and responses regarding the changes foreseen in this TSC 2025 can be sent by email to the Customer Desk. The consultation will run until the 22nd of November 2024. We expect to publish the final TSC for 2025 on our website by end of November. The TSC 2025 will take effect on 1 January 2025.
The TSC contains general conditions concerning the transmission of natural gas and the performance of related services as part of agreements between GTS and a shipper or AMEX/EWEX (end user with exit capacity). These general conditions supplement the Dutch gas codes as established by the regulatory authority, the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM).
The main change made to the TSC this year is the inclusion of article 5.1.4 regarding “storage as IP”. In this article we describe how we handle cross-border flows from storages connected to more than one market area.
