Start consultation draft addendum to the Investment Plan 2024

Today, GTS has published a draft addendum to the Investment Plan 2024 (IP2024) for consultation. This draft addendum includes a number of proposed investments which have led to a significant change within the previously established IP2024. Through publication of the draft addendum GTS submits these proposed investments to the market for consultation. GTS consults the market about the proposed investments via this draft addendum and, after processing the consultation responses received, submits it for approval to the ACM (i.e. the Dutch regulator) and the Minister of Climate Policy and Green Growth

i.        Large-scale replacement of heating systems at gas receiving stations;
ii.        Measures to reduce methane emissions from vent stacks at compressor stations;
iii.       Peakshaver: lifetime extension programme;
iv.       Replacement of the Zoeterwoude metering and regulating station;
v.       Replacement of odorant injection control and monitoring units and station computers with station control panels at metering and regulating stations.

The consultation of the draft addendum will run from 22th of November 2024 to 20th of December 2024.
