Update - Adjustment of G-Gas Storage Capacity Allocation Due to the Introduction of the G-Gas Storage Cluster Point
On October 13, GTS introduced the G-Gas Storage Cluster Point as a measure to avoid emergency measures in light of declining G/L gas market demand. Following this, GTS has noted that several shippers are still unsure about the practical implementation of this mechanism. GTS is committed to implementing a broadly supported solution and is therefore postponing the introduction of the cluster point for the time being. In the coming period, GTS will investigate with market parties which measure offers the best solution to the problem at hand. This means that shippers can still book the full capacity per network point.
