Balancing invoice
‘Balancing’ invoices are used to bill for within day balancing actions (WDBA) and linepack flexibility services (LFS).
Balancing actions are charged to causers. So you will only see this on your invoice (Exchange – MBA volume tab) if you were causer in a balancing action at the time of the call.
The LFS is the portfolio imbalance settlement, the balance being settled at the end of each gas day at a set percentage and the prevailing neutral gas price (NGP). The invoice only shows the days on which LFS has been used.

How can you check a balancing invoice?
You can consult Gasport for the balancing actions to check your balancing invoice. In Gasport, go to ‘Historical’ -> ‘Balancing’ -> ‘Balancing actions’. The same applies to the LFS, you can find this here too. See also the image below.
