Remaining Volumes
With the remaining volumes invoice, GTS periodically allocates, in accordance with the applicable allocation rules, remaining volumes as gas commodity to the relevant shipper/shippers at the entry and exit points concerned.
Remaining volumes refer to gas volumes for which, due to technical failures in measurement or data acquisition equipment, it is not possible to retroactively determine the hours at which an adjustment (for the 'remaining volume') should be applied.
These residual volumes therefore concern a separate allocation not affecting existing, previously determined hourly allocations to shippers. For details, see Appendix 6 to the TSC under point 6: Allocation of remaining volume.
Remaining volumes are settled monthly with shippers at the average neutral gas price of the relevant month according to Article 5.2.2 of the Gas Allocation Code.
How can you check a remaining volumes invoice?
In Gasport, go to the 'Rest allocations' screen via Historical - Offline allocations.
On the left, under 'Time & Unit', select the relevant period for which you want to check the remaining volumes. You can download the remaining volumes and settle at the average neutral gas price (NGP).
