Due to circumstances GTS is unfortunately forced to temporarily suspend the OBA with effect from 26-11-2018 at 18:00 hrs (Amsterdam time). From that time on the applicable allocation rule will be pro rata (According to Appendix 6 from the Transmission Service Conditions).
