Ten gevolge van transportomstandigheden is GTS helaas genoodzaakt de OBA tijdelijk op te schorten met ingang van 26-11-2018 om 18:00 uur (Amsterdam tijd). Vanaf dat moment zal er pro rata worden gealloceerd (conform appendix 6 van de Transmission Service Conditions).
